The work is created on thick border canvas.  The sides of the canvas are painted.  No framing is required.

For the creation of my work, I use dry pigments, acrylic paint, modeling paste and different types of gel mediums.  My work has texture and finish that give the illusion of being painted on ceramic or wood.  I have developed my own glazing techniques to create this effect.

I use different particles of metallic flakes, such as iridescent stainless steel, copper and iron oxide that give my work an inner light which can only be appreciated in person.
